Red Chilean Rose Tarantula (Grammostola Rosea)

It is common for the Chile Rose to stop eating during the winter months, my spider has started fasting early November now end of February it is still not interested in food, and this female is resting in the coolest area of its enclosure away from the heat pad, stuck to the side of the glass. I take out any live food offered so not to disturb it.  It is important to keep its water bowel fresh and filled, not that I have seen her drinking. Andy Newman Images© 24-02-12.
